At Esanmade, we are committed to offering a fair and transparent return process to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested and granted.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the order.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and determine its condition before approving a refund.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@esanmade.com. Include your order number, the reason for return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence.

We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was delivered in damaged or defective condition or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within a reasonable time. Provide a clear description and images of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the case.

Non-Returnable Items

Where are we?

Although most of our trade is online via our website, we do have three outlets across the US to make returns that bit easier for you.
